Introduction Accommodation

We are a 4 * Guest Accommodation. We offer Bed and breakfast. All rooms are ensuite.

Pre-Arrival

• 10 minute flat walk to main harbour.
• on local bus route.
• hire of mobility scooters from Goodrington. we can arrange this.
• We will collect from nearby train/bus station, at a reasonable time.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

We have off road Parking.At the front of the property there is no dropped Kerb, it is concrete and at the rear rough tarmac on a hill.
• Wewill offer to assist with baggage.
• We accept Dogs, owners will have to bring all there food bowls etc
• The front carpark is lit with illuminated signage at night.
• There a re 2 steps to the front door, the entrance is then level into the house.
• All guests have their own key to allow access.

Main Entrance, Reception & Ticketing Area

• we will assist with baggage,
• We will provide pen and paper if requested to do so.
• The hall is well lit.
• We will verbally explain the booking in procedeure and will offer a short tour to familiarise guests with our environment.
• The front doors are large and we have door bells if people need assistance to open them.

Public Areas - Hall, Stairs, Landing, Corridors etc

• From reception to the first floor there are 13 steps, a turn and a further 4 steps.
• There is handrail to the right
• dogs are welcome, they stay in owners rooms, working dogs are welcome in the dining area.
• Dogs cannot be left in the rooms when the owners are not in the building.

Public Areas - Sitting room, lounges, lobbies etc

• The dining room is on the Ground floor.
• All tables are individual.
• The lounge area has 2 leather settees
• The dining room door is of a standard width as are all bed room doors.
• They are self closing fire doors

Bedrooms & Sleeping Areas

• Bedrooms are on the first and second floors
• Access to the second floor is on a narrower staircase, there is a hand rail to each side.
• We have 6 letting rooms.2 single , 2 double and 2 triples.
• Please ask if you require further information.

Bathroom, Shower-room & WC [Ensuite or Shared]

• All bed rooms are en-suite shower rooms.
• Some are larger than others,please ask if you need furthrer information, we will answer honestly and help where we can.

Additional Information

• We are a terraced Victorian Terrace, we will answer any queries honestly.
• We will try to help with all dietry needs, please phone and discuss them
• We respectfully ask that if you have any special needs at all that you advise us prior to booking, so we can be sure you will have the best service available. If we cannot accommodateyou we will try to help you to secure accommodation locallyvia The tourist board.
